All she did was publish a report, commissioned while Bush was still in office.

She herself didn't suggest anything, she just reported their (very believable) findings,
unless I totally misread the news stories.

7. I get to read stuff in snippets

I don't get American TV at all, and precious little time to read American newspapers.
I'm always a little cautious unless I have something in hand, and the German press
wasn't exactly full of this, as you might imagine.
