If you don't want to listen to the whole thing, Reyes starts about 18:30 in

He talks about trying to find the Taliban among civilians as "hunting ghosts", and creating enemies.

4. They actually had various opinions
which made for a very interesting hearing. (Although it had to be weird for Kerry to constantly hear the phrase "young John Kerry".)

6. I think he was taking notes - likely to refer to with his questions
His questions did a lot of referring to what had been said. He had to be affected, but he is a professional at this. He also seems to have real bad allergies again.
