4. LOL
for the eggs. Really strange interview.
Looks like Grandma Palin turned sour after she lost. Typical sore loser Rushican. That kid was aptly named - what a freakin Trip!!!
Larry King is a shit stirrer.

6. He IS stirring it up, isn't he?
He's really egging (an unintentional pun, sorry) Levi on, urging him to get a lawyer and fight for visitation - as well he should.

You get the feeling these people really do not want to fuck with Sarah? I do. But I don't think the daughter is intimidated by any of them.

Did you hear that bullshit about Levi not being allowed to talk to his sister because Bristol didn't like the sister? Bristol sounds like she needs to get her tits slapped together, as we say in the South.

Ah, this is fun .............................

13. Bristol is a big shot now
'She ain't hanging with no sheep shooter. Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
Mom's probably looking for some nice young Rushican psychopath to marry her daughter. Levi can't buy Saks and Nieman Marcus clothes.

18. Neither can the Palins -
they were all freebies, remember?

Hunting for sheep? Then I realized he's talking about bighorn sheep, or something like that, right? Not the "baa baa" sheep I'm thinking of.

They really are very strange people. The hesitation when asked certain questions - especially on the part of the mother - made me suspicious. There's a whole lot more to this story than they're telling. A lot of it, I am certain, is that Sarah doesn't want her grandson near someone who's going to stand trial - or cop a plea - for selling oxycontin.

But, honestly, if this isn't a splendid argument for providing kids with the best kinds of contraception and sex education, I don't know what is.

Now, all we need to hear is that the next oldest daughter, whatever the hell her name is, is knocked up. That would just be too much .........

I even watched Dr. Phil when the Octomom was on.

I felt dirty afterwards, and didn't watch Part Two. Even I have my limits ............................

27. The brand new Alaska Fund Trust will take care of their spending sprees
If you check out the details in it, you'll see parts where it says the people the money is for (SP, her FAMILY, and "colleagues") do NOT have to tell the trust fund manager WHAT they need the money for..no questions asked. They just say that they want money drawn from it, and the manager has to hand it over.
It even goes as far to say if the person requesting the money is a MINOR, how it will be handled (by the minor's legal guardian).
Sounds like they have it all planned out...it's their new family ATM machine!

Check out the link, you can download and read the full fund "agreement"

http://www.thealaskafundtrust.com/media

Then they try to compare her fund to other pols' funds (Clinton, Kerry, Delay< Stevens)

Here are some snippits..the last part, if I am reading it correctly, is saying that no one outside the Trust will be allowed to see the books...and that the Trustee can't give the info to "any court"?

4. Beneficiary. The beneficiaries of this Trust shall be SARAH PALIN. In
addition, the class of potential beneficiaries shall include any "Covered Individual." For purposes hereof, a "Covered Individual" shall be any other person determined by the Trustee, in
the Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, to (i) hold a "covered staff' position within SARAH PALIN's administration and/or an employee in the office of the Governor ofthe State of Alaska;
and (ii) hold a covered relationship with SARAH PALIN, including without limitation, a family member, such as a parent, spouse, child, grandchild, sibling and other close family relationship.

(snip)

Except as otherwise provided herein, said power of withdrawal shall not be cumulative from year to year, must be exercised separately for each calendar year in which any such addition or additions are made, and shall be exercisable only by written notice to Trustee of the amount Donee wishes to withdraw, but no purpose for said withdrawal need be shown.

(snip)

13. Trustee's Accounts. The Trustee shall keep (or, in the Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, shall cause others to keep) accurate written records and books of account of the Trustee Estate, showing the manner in which the Trust Estate is invested and all receipts,
disbursements, and other transactions involving the Trust Estate. All such records and books of account shall be the property of the Trustee during the duration of this Trust and they, together
with the Trust property and all reasonable evidence thereof, plus any accounts, shall not be made available during the Trust term except as hereinabove provided or as may be required by applicable law. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in no event shall any Trustee at any time acting hereunder be required to make any current or final reports, inventories or accountings to any court.

19. Wasn't Babs great?
She's still got it. Some notes weren't quite there, but, damn, at her age, she's incredible.

And she has had the most perfect plastic surgery money can buy. It's really great.

She's a good one, Babs is.

The Johnstons, with the exception of Mercede, who seems very bright and feisty, aren't the most articulate, are they? I got the distinct feeling they weren't telling everything. Probably afraid of Sarah................

25. I broke into tears a few times while watching Barbra. I've loved this woman and her voice
since I first heard her sing in the early 60s. She looked absolutely beautiful and I'm sure she had work done but it was perfect.

I have a feeling that there is something invisible being held over the Johnstons and I wonder if it has anything to do with the Mom's drug bust. Mercede was a surprise and more of a surprise when she said she intended to become a surgeon!

29. I cannot listen to "The Way We Were"
without losing it. My marriage was breaking up when we saw that movie, and heard that song. It still gets to me, so many years later.

Then she turned into every Jewish grandmother in Boca, standing there with her pup. Broken me up.

Mercede said something, though, that suggests that she's really a Johnston. She said she was looking at "medical schools." Not colleges.

I'm not sure she realizes you have to go to college first.

The Johnstons and the Palins - the gift that keeps on giving, just like the Octomom.

And where is SHE these days?

34. I saw the scene by the Plaza Hotel in the Way We Were being filmed. I got to see Barbra
for the second time in my life (I first saw her in concert in Central Park) and to see Robert Redford too. I worked a couple of blocks away and it was lunchtime. It was thrilling. :)

I am sorry though that it brought up such sad memories for you.

As to her looking like a Jewish grandmother from Boca? My Jewish Mom, at Barbra's age, although not relocated yet to Florida, was quite glamorous and beautiful. lol!

Her pup is definitely her baby! Too cute!

And I can't help myself, I still get a kick out of the continuing saga of the Warsilla Chillbillies! :)

:hi:

A friend of mine just called from Alyeska at the Slush Cup. Ran into the Palin entourage in the hallway. Said Palin was visibly agitated and very rude to those with her. Sorry this was off topic but I guess this means we will be seeing “her” on the front page of the newspaper tomorrow with her ski gear on.

--------------
BTW, if you read the blog entry that this comment is with, you'll find yourself wondering if Palin may be manipulating things again...all of a sudden, the prosecutor in the Sherry Johnston case is acting like he didn't know that the interviews were the reason she asked for permission to leave the state....so he waits til AFTER the SECOND interview to complain???
Here is the ADN article the blog entry refers to:

http://www.adn.com/palin/story/772281.html?pageNum=4&&&mi_pluck_action=page_nav#Comments_Container

In paperwork, Johnston’s attorney Rex Butler stated that the ”children have personal business to conduct outside the State of Alaska, and they need their mother’s presence and participation.” … “It is important my client be allowed to accompany her children on this trip.”

Prosecutors did not object. They asked that Johnston provide a copy of her itinerary and sign a waiver of extradition.

“We were relying on the representation of Mr. Butler, who’s an officer of the court, that her children had some matters out of state that required a parent to be there,” Kalytiak said. “We relied on his representation when we formulated a response.”

23. Sarah's glory days are over ..........
The "consulting firm" that was handling her - the same people who "handled" the Swiftboaters and Judicial Watch - dropped her. She's got a Legal Defense Fund, which isn't getting a whole lot of donations, and I do not doubt for one moment that she's behind the prosecutor suddenly getting an attack of the "they misrepresented," because Sarah doesn't want ANYONE to contradict her.

The way she busted into the interview Bristol was giving to Greta van Sustern (the one time I went out of my way to watch Faux) and took it over and made a great big pitch for abstinence - AFTER Bristol had said that it didn't work and kids will never abstain - was shameful. A control freak, a perfect passive-aggressive, in full bloom.

The woman's tasted the big life and she liked it. Now, all she has are the outer fringes of the rightwingnuts, and they're not big $$$$ folks, so, my guess is that Sarah's out of the running for good.

She'll go insane...........

If only she'd taught her kid to use a condom this damn Levi kid wouldn't be an issue. Of course, that train of thought assumes that Palin actually thinks.
