PUT A PIN ON IT: Hillary's Best Brooches And What We Think They Mean
The Huffington Post is REALLY grasping for straws. And anyone who believes in this kind of voodoo is as batty as I am Bramaged. OH, and lets us not forget Angelina Jolie has her OWN page.

If you're thinking about becoming a Secretary of State, you better know how to spell "brooch" and how to pin on one on silk blend. Hillary Clinton, not missing a beat, paid attention to Madeleine Albright's brooch love affair and has started a tryst of her own. But somethings missing. Albright's said her brooches symbolize a certain mood or occasion, but Clinton hasn't admitted to anything yet. So Hill, know you're busy, thought I'd help.

Drivel. Plain and simple.

7. Just silly stories....
I realize people need diversion in their lives but the fashion savvy of first ladies to me is rather silly at the moment.

As for the fashion savvy of a secretary of state, the future of the world does not hinge on what the secretary of state is wearing although in the case of Hillary Clinton and Madeline Albright that probably is the only thing that can be focused on since both are merely mynah birds for Bill Clinton. And at times, it appears, for the Bushes.

And no, it was not worth the lives of 500,000 Iraqi children. An additional 500,000 children later. Maybe to the Bushes. Not to us.

No doubt Madeline Albright was wearing her Messallina pin during the interview.

I suppose in that sense we should watch what pin Hillary Clinton wears very carefully.

17. That 'looking feminine' but not looking sexy is tough. I'm not sure what 'feminine' is, actually.
I just know I like to wear a suit jacket to cover up my gut, to put things in the pockets and to hide sweat stains.

I think those needs are pretty basic no matter which sex you are.

18. Well, I have to look professional, but not feminine
I don't have to deal with that double edged sword. I don't envy women in the workplace. I can get away with a couple of pair of jeans and uniform shirts all week, women have to DRESS up every day. It must suck having to spend so much on clothes all the time.

15. WWD is 27 cents a day, and fashion isn't my forte.
Cars, computers, and cats, now lets talk.

The article is proof that Huff Poo is trying to be the NY Post of Internets sites.

To be fair, they do have more substantive stuff on Hil elsewhere. This is just their fun page where they talk about fashion.

:-)
