Mexico Slammed again: First Narcos, then Swine flu, now likely Earthquake happening now
Edited on Mon Apr-27-09 12:00 PM by SuperTrouper
It looks like our neighbor from the SOuth is getting slammed again. First, the narcos causing a major upheaval in the country as Felipe Calderon's government declared war on the narcos bringing the country close to political collapse...then the Swine flu, a chimera of pig-bird and human virus killing close to 150 people so far, and now a powerful earthquake happening right now in Mexico City...just breaking on MSNBC.

1. If life were fair, the earthquake would swallow all the murderous drug thugs
and spare the regular citizenry. But that only happens in fantasy-fiction....

2. I know, the quake probably will destroy the homes
of the poor people living outside Mexico City like Iztapalapa. What bad luck for Mexico... :(

3. Just one correction, that is NOT outside Mexico City
and yes I know people who live there

It is actually one of the districts of the city, like Miguel Hidalgo

6. Wow, magnitude 6.0 is not a small quake. Bad luck for our neighbors,
hopefully the Popocatepetl remains quiet...but seeing how things are going in Mexico...
