But as noted at Media Matters, in the "County Fair" section, Limbaugh and Beck are spinning the Swine Flu outbreak into anti-Obama conspiracy bullshit.

5. Plays Right Into Their Hatred...

First...there's the "illegal aliens" (translation: Anyone Mexican)...and it was obviously their fault. Damn them for having sex with pigs and then trying to bring their diseases across our border. Ya see, Lou Doobies was right... :sarcasm:

Then there's the "Obama's weak" meme that somehow he should have bombed Mexico the moment we found out there was an invasion. Who cares if it's germs...we've been invaded. Grab the guns and the duct tape! :sarcasm:

It's bad enough the corporate media is making this sound like the Black Plague has arrived and we're all gonna die (In my case, please wait until next weekend, I have concert tickets on Saturday). Seems like few remember the 60's when Asian Flu epedemics ran wild across the country (I remember more than half my class being sick one day)...and somehow we survived. Now did we blame the Chinese? Damn why didn't we invade?

Let these boys keep crying wolf...the more they do, the higher President Obama's ratings go and the further down their own corrupt party falls.

Boy I couldn't agree more...the drool running down their chins as they pant about the latest catastrophe to doom us is just another ratings grabbing headline. I might feel differently if I thought they really cared about the welfare of the people, but let's face it we're talking Nielsen ratings.
I do believe it is serious and could get out of hand, but my guess is the givt. will be all over it.
