help wanted?

Hi all,

I hope it's ok to ask this here...if not, please excuse me and delete this. I'm hoping y'all can tell me how you go about gathering mods here at DU. We're getting ready to launch our new, updated version of Raw Story, and I'm hoping I can put together a similar group of volunteer mods to make sure the user submitted news links keep moving, and, I don't plan to moderate the comments. Instead, there will be a vote up or down system, and mods would be needed to help vote down and out offensive comments.

Any suggestions for me would be most helpful and appreciated!
