You need to watch this.

Cliff May is President of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a right-leaning group that feels that the released memos are not torture memos. That the water-boarding that took place was not torture.

Jon Stewart is, well, Jon Stewart, and speaks for all of us.

Except...
Except for rejecting prosecuting the interrogators and the attorneys. Like it or not, "I was following orders" or "I was following legal advice that told me it wasn't torture" just aren't good enough. And, there's plenty of evidence that interrogators went way beyond the memos, in any case.

3. First Dick Cheney, then Lynne Cheney, then him

This guy's mistake was in thinking he could "out-Stewart" Stewart with glib quips like "How are you going to make this funny?" and "You probably invited me because you think I'm pro-torture" and "Ninety percent of people here haven't read the memos." That may have gotten him over on CNN, but Jon's been through "Cramer-camp"!

4. "Jon Stewart speaks for all of us"
At least you're not overstating it.
