4 Degrees of Separation:Swine Flu->Gliead Sciences->Rumsfeld->TORTURE. Right back where we started.
Because of the outbreak, stock in some drug companies has risen this week. Gilead Sciences is one. Gilead Sciences is where Rummy was for years before becoming Sec. Defense under Bush. Donald Rumsfeld; whom Salon just called the "Architect of Torture" ( http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2009/04/22/madden/ ).

No matter how much they try to distract us, they can't help but bring it back to themselves. It would be funny if it weren't so horrible.

I refuse to let this knock the torture issue out of the majority consciousness.
