Here's what I love: republicans are circling the wagons.
"rebranding" by becoming MORE virulently homophobic, xenophobic and clueless? Great! Keep circling down that commode, republican party!

they have no clue that those very things they are doing now is why they lost. The country has moved on and they insist on staying in the same place.

2. I think there were always that percentage of wingnuts, but now

They'll run out even the old school right wingers like Lugar for being sane.

That belief in some minimal form of governance and not nuking the world will eventually get ya primaried with those yahoos.
Their base wants to be the party of Palin and I'm not sure the money changers can slow that roll.

They are no longer conservative in the least. Now they are a bunch of extremists who make a wet bag of rusty hammers look like a Mensa meeting.
