Ohio Has Received New Shipment Of Tamiflu; Being Guarded By The Ohio National Guard
Ohio has received more medicine used to treat Swine Flu.

State health officials said they received a new shipment of Tamiful Thursday, from the Centers For Disease Control.

This is in addition to the state's current stockpile.

Doctors said Tamiflu will decrease the symptoms of the Swine Flu.

The government is sending out 25 percent of its antiviral stockpiles to all states.

We're told that Tamiful is being kept in a secret location and is being guarded by members of the Ohio National Guard.

2. This only makes sense. I'm sure the general public, in their ignorance and panic,
would pay a high price on the black market for it. And use it all up treating their colds and seasonal flus.

3. I wonder if Gov. Goodhair here in Texas said "Thanks, but no thanks" and returned
our meds? You know how he hates relying on the federal government.

It was on Olbermann (I think.) yesterday. Eating his BS words!

BTW, I'm about an hour away from Ravenna! I even know where the Nat'l Guard place is because my ex had to go there and I drove him.

8. I think it is useless to admin the tamiflu unless it is certain one is infected with a flu virus.
Also of note, I've heard concerns that unnecessary and overuse of the anti-virals will prompt the virus to mutant and become resistant to the drugs.

This has already happened with tamiflu on some of the known flu viruses.

11. From what I heave read, you are 100% correct.
But it looks like we will be paying the bill for replenishing the supply moved from the Central government's supply to the states.

Rotating the stocks is important, can't let the useless shit go to waste without buying some more useless shit to keep the brain dead feeling like they are secure and covered by the same central government they don't trust to be in charge of their health care.

The irony is difficult to comprehend.

10. You want to reserve it for the sickest patients
I think there are about 40 million courses of treatment in the US. They will be rationed.
