Isn't that essentially what she is saying? Nothing like a chain of command being involved or that she was National Security Advisor and/or Secretary of State to the President. Nope, she just "conveyed information".

head of the house told her? I would put a sarcastic smilie but I am very serious....

Seriously, she needs to be at the top of the list to get prosecuted. Not one of them are taking responsibility for their own individual actions.
