3. I wanted to buck the trend, but I had to go with Cheney.
Throughout the Administration, he always seemed to me to be the one most inclined towards the "Dark Side" and paranoia, and was also the biggest cheerleader for the Iraq War. The connection of torture to gathiering intell to make a link between al-Qaeda just puts it over for me--he's the worst of the lot. Also, his shameless defense and misinformation routine just particularly disgusts me.

4. Alberto Gonzalez should also be on the list - he's more culpable than rice, being a lawyer
and apologist for torture.

5. Bush. He's a pathetic little man that will roll on all the rest.
He'd kill his mother with a welding torch to save his ass.

It's like bowling a strike.

24. I disagree with that.
Rove has an invincibility complex. Rove could take down Bush, or Bush could take down Rove. Rove is a pathetic little shit, but he can't even begin to match W in that league.

12. All of the above
I won't single out ONE to be a sacrificial *lamb* (in truth all are/were "wolves in sheep's clothing") when all are most likely TRULY and DEEPLY guilty of vast crimes.

13. All of the above, the lawyers, the CIA directors (especially
Hayden, but that's for personal reasons), everyone who was involved, everyone who approved, everyone who had any single thing to do with this shit needs to go to prison!

22. Hayden--he's the NSA guy when there were wiretaps, and
he's the CIA guy when CIA wasn't supposed to be doing these "enhanced interrogation" things....but given what he's said, I say he knew, and approved, as well.

14. Every.Fucking.One, plus a substantial list of others . . .
You remember that picture of the Nazis in the box at Nuremberg? Same seats but with a few more rows. I'd say some nice Dutch city would be a perfect place to hold trials.

19. I think Rove is more likely to roll than Bush, he's smart enough to know when he's in deep shit.
Bush would just wait for Cheney/Pappy/The House of Saud to save his ass again, because they always have.

21. I'll go with Rumsfeld.
* is too stupid, probably wouldn't understand why his daddy isn't bailing him out. Cheney is too ill, probably would not survive the trial. Rice, Rove and Gonzales are worthless sycophants.

Rumsfeld is evil incarnate. He should rot in a very small, windowless, damp, and putrid room.
