2. I used hydroxycut
back in the 90's trying to keep the weight off. After about three days I thought I was going to die, my heart was racing. Scared the hell out of me. Never more sayeth the Hog!

4. I have a hard time believing any OTC medications for weight loss are safe.
Many prescription drugs have caused major damage too. People just need to suck it up and lose weight naturally or resign themselves to being heavy. It's not worth the health risks or death to use these drugs.
