New nationwide poll on whether Miss California should have kept her crown or not

A Survey USA poll conducted today (May 12th, 2009), presumably before Donald
Trump's decision, asked respondents the following question, among others:

"Based on what you know, should Carrie Prejean keep the title of Miss California? Should the title be given to someone else? Or, do you not know enough to say?"

The results:

Keep the title: 69%
Give it to someone else: 17%
Don't know enough: 13%

By party:
Republicans: 81% say keep the title (9% said give it to somone else)
Democrats: 63% say keep the title (21% said give it to someone else)
Independents:65% say keep the title (25% said give it to someone else)
