What I find most disturbing is.....
...that with all of this anger that We the People have, there has been not 1 protest, nor have there been a Dem other than the few that speaks up about the BS going on while those in the know *wink wink* at each other as those deserving to be brought to justice proliferate all over the television, promoting illegal agendas, white-washing, obstructionism, spreading mis-information and lies while being uber snarky and We the People sit idly by, posting on blogs and forums like it's 'accomplishing' anything.

THAT is why things are the way they are. Elected officials are dragging their feet on their duties to give proper representation to those of us that voted them into office but time after time, we 'lose' that representation because we allow big bank, big pharma, and big HMOs to essentially keep things that favors them 'on the table' with co-operation from those individuals that are supposed to support us as we have supported them come election day.

My wife and I consistently protest in our town and hope that some would grow some 'balls' and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, WE WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE BEING MINIMIZED WHILE WE PAY FOR EVERYONE"S BAILOUT AND BEING TOLD WE HAVE NO SAY IN THE MATTER and join us but instead, we get honks and thumbs up of support but sorry people, just 2 individuals showing courage enough to be voicing displeasure at what is going on isn't enough.
Oh, and the local paper and news?? No mention of our protests at all but plenty of news about the Prejean, Cheney and the rest of the ilk. Talk about being ignored right?

And so my wife and I keep thinking that those that won't take the time to stand up for themselves are really dishonoring themselves, their families and their future because they are too timid, complicit and complacent and we are feeling like we are not accomplishing anything other than looking like fools who believed that change starts with us... but we did not think we would be the only ones willing to step up...

2. Action IS the answer, and is precisely why nothing will change in this brainwashed country
