Were the criminals in the pictures prosecuted?

When the first set of pictures was released, we all saw Lyndie England and others
torturing prisoners and engaging in other criminal activity. Based on those pictures,
and the testimony of others--the offenders were prosecuted and went to prison.

So, we have hundreds of additional pictures, and every article about these yet-to-be-seen pictures
describes clear acts of torture being committed on victims. So, clearly--we've got perpetrators
and victims in these pictures and evidence of criminal activity.

What has happened to the perpetrators of these crimes? Have they been prosecuted?

Does the remaining seal on these pictures mean that, no only will we not see the pictures---but also
that the crimes didn't happen and that the perpetrators will not be held accountable for their torture
and their criminal activity?
