6. We've been
marking anniversaries of deadly tornadoes here as well.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to travel through Mena Arkansas and see the effects of the torando damage they experienced earlier this year.

Did I metnion that I HATE storm season?

Stay safe.

9. We have high winds and hail coming and I am worried
about the birds! Among other things of course.

The robins built a nest in a metal bird feeder that sits on a metal pole about three feet off the ground. This morning there were four eggs in that little nest. Tonight there are three eggs and one small little hatchling.....

I have feared for those little birdies ever since I first saw that nest.

14. robins build their nests in the oddest places
I have a little nest one built about 3 feet from my back door, on my lattice work in some vines. there are 3 eggs in there. I will send a little light and prayers your way and my own for the little fellers.

18. Remember those huge swirling storm patterns in the movie
"The Day After Tomorrow"?
That's what this picture reminds me of.

looks like scenes from that movie. brrr. I know some people love winter like that, but I never have. I just hunker down here and wait til its over. I think the last time I liked snow was in 1959.
