"Titilation" is not what the abuse (not torture - that is a different thing) photos are about
One needs to keep in mind why the infamous photos of prisioner abuse were to be released. The ACLU has requested some of them for use as evidence at trial. If the Government refuses evidence to the accused that is in the Government's possession is that grounds for dismissal of whatever chage the Government is making?

1. I wonder what "trial" the ACLU has in mind. Also, I'm inclined to believe that there
are some (just a few) with warped minds who are, in fact, only interested in the titillation the naughty pictures might provide.
