So, which corporations produce guns and, more particularly, ammunition?

There is an ammunition shortage.

The United States does not have great exports, but maybe we can manage to compensate for this shortage by mass producing and consuming guns and ammo, so I'm thinking this is a great sector to invest.

Sad? Yes.

Pathetic? Yes.

Even otherwise-intelligent people I know are hording ammunition.

Does it feel similar to investing in tobacco companies, with respect to their predictably high dividends? Yes.
