We may not like it. It may seem inconvenient. The media may have to talk to more than one person...

but

what we have seen is what a democracy looks like when there is a third whole branch at work.

This is not a unitary executive theory

Welcome back to AMERICA :patriot:
it is going to take some getting used to, again.

1. You know what's funny?
People are slamming Obama for things like withholding the photos on the basic premise that they would've been pissed if Bush had done it.

Yet on this particular topic, Obama and the Democrats are doing exactly the opposite of what Bush and the Republicans did during that tenure, AND they are taking the proper route in doing so, and yet they're getting slammed for that anyway.

Moral of the story? Some people that like to think they're standing on principles are really only standing on the principle of "I want what I want and screw anyone who doesn't give it to me."

2. And a legislative branch that can be self-serving and bought. Frustrating, but not as frustrating as
all the purist threads ready to throw Obama overboard for not being able to change these thorny legal issues overnight.

Media is loving the resurgent Cheney and Dems cowering over fear talk storyline. I wonder if Mueller coming to the Hill saying problems releasing caused the 90 wrong votes; even Dianne Feinstein who made cooler sense the day before.

We absolutely need to take prisoners in, or the allies won't.
