Serious question? Why cant anyone else file charges against Cheney et al for war crimes?
Does it have to be the AG?..and Obama says he has no interest in prosecution..but this is so wrong...everyone knows it...yet it appears that our hands are tied..congress is not going to hold hearings...isnt there anything else that can be done?

1. You could go to the courthouse and try and file a civilian criminal complaint.
I said TRY.

I don't think you can do it.

But I'm not a lawyer.

3. No, they haven't ........
They were considering conducting an investigation, but that was halted by their court's Chief Judge. Not much has been heard from Spain since then ............

5. In a word...standing
The court would have to rule that a private citizen had standing to sue bushco for war crimes.

7. They tortured in our names, as citizens of the US.
