Palin rejects stimulus federal money, whining about requirements of local building codes for energy effeciency. The only governor to reject such federal stimulus.

The kicker, as the democratic represenative points out, is that rejecting the money does not save federal taxpayers one thin dime.

How on earth did this woman get elected?
