Dutchess County Legislator Joel Tyner believes it is his social and environmental activism that is the reason why somebody dumped a truckload of construction and demolition debris right on his driveway at 324 Browns Pond Road in the Town of Clinton.

The frustrating thing about acts like these is the perps are often difficult to find. Few witnesses, if any, and often times no footage. The only time it seems there are both is after repeated violations, such as the stealing of candidate signs.
