Flashback: Outrage Over The Right Wing Extremist Report Revisited
Note: I've been out of the loop in some ways the last couple of weeks, so I apologize in advance if these points have already been made.

Flashback: Outrage Over The Right Wing Extremist Report Revisited

The biggest story this week has been by what appears to be a radical right wing extremist. Sadly, this horrible act of violence is nothing new, as was beautifully .

Another big story not long ago was by another right wing extremist who feared our President would take away his guns. Gee, I wonder ? There was also the under the radar story of in Florida for what appears to be the same reason. At any rate, I think it's time to revisit the reaction from right wing pundits and bloggers regarding the on right wing extremism (of course they conveniently ignored the previously released , more on that later).

5. Thank you, IHNB!

Thanks for posting this with all the good info in the links.

This is WAY out of hand, and it's time the Rabid RWers who are
LITERALLY inciting people to murder are called out.

Thanks so much.

:kick: and R.

11. I agree, and that's an important part of the conversation.
What role does the right wing media play and what can we do about it.

The families of murder victims suffer no matter what the philosophy of the murderers. When terrorism comes cloaked in Christianity (or facsimile-WWJD? Not murder...if you take Him at His word) the powers in this country bend over backward to accommodate their points of view. The religious conservatives in this country are just as crazy as fundamentalists of any other religion in any other country and need to be dealt with in the same fashion, like the terrorists they are. K&R. :kick:

12. Agreed.
Unfortunately I think a lot of religious moderates indirectly enable the zealots by not speaking out against them, and by decrying criticism of fundamentalism, etc.

17. Yes, and we often hear the media ask the same "why" question of the mullahs
and Islamic moderates when they don't speak out. Hypocrisy to very well tolerated in our own country; we have no business throwing stones.

It's essential that we keep a bright light focused on the machinations from the extreme right. They're going down
in popularity because their children are not bothering to hate, which is the essence of the American extreme right.

In decline, they are very dangerous. Thanks for this.
