The right wing wants blood for his destroying McCain, I heard the same thing from wingers about Pelosi. They wanted payback for Newt. If they can hobble Letterman and boost Conan, they think they will get momentum. If they can make Palin radioactive, then she will be untouchable, for her ascendency. She will use any scheme to become a tarbaby. By the way, that crack about the Obama's pimping out their children, seems to be a better fit for Palin. Ram this home. It'll be a goodie.

1. It must be physically painful
to be a conservative, I mean being so dumb cannot be easy or comfortable.

Always complaining, always blaming, always criticizing, always wrong
:nopity:

7. I walked by a SUV at the grocery yesterday with the Obama symbol on it with a hammer/sickle
It read "Obey".

I made a good faux-baby cry loud enough for the guy getting out of his car to hear it.

3. i'm sorry, but mccain was the one that LIED to letterman about ditching him
and went over to katie couric show. so the person to blame is MCCAIN. and i hate to tell these idiots, the reason mccain lost was because of his ideas and policies... and... his choice of running mate. Letterman didn't sink his damned candidacy.

5. McCain was the most pathetic presidential candidiate ever
just pitiful. Adding the dimwit as VP candidate was a real touch of idiocy.

8. It's stupid to think that Letterman was the reason why McCain lost--there were many reasons besides
McCain skipping out on appearing on a comedy talk program. The main ones is the country was upset after 8 years of Bush and the economy was in the toilot. The other reason is McCain's judgement was called into account because it was becoming increasingly clear that Sarah Palin wasn't prepared to be president, let alone VP. Finally, People liked Barack Obama and his coolness under fire. That's not to say that McCain ducking out on Letterman didn't again throw his judgement into question especially when it was proved that McCain was doing an interview with Couric instead in NY instead of flying directly to Washington.

9. The right wing doesn't watch Letterman. Who cares what they think...
about anything. They are idiots with nothing to do whine on cable news and the radio all day long. They need to go out and get a job.

10. If That Was The Cause, They Haven't Learned Squat...
According to my knowledge, Gramps was down in the polls and hoping to use the Letterman show to get some much needed FREE exposure. Instead, his pal, georgie booosh screwed up...the economy started to really tank and Captain Huff'nPuff had a new horse to ride on. He was going to swoop into Washington and handle the economic crisis...who needed Letterman.

If you will recall, he "suspended" his campaign and tried to get President Obama (ahhh...still love typing that) do the same. Obama didn't play, but McCain was going to milk the moment. He blew off Letterman...told he he was on his way back to Washington (he wasn't), then went on with Katie Couric instead. He all but begged Letterman to show what a fraud he was.

Then McCain waltzes into the economic "summit" and makes an ass out of himself while President Obama plays it cool and shows whose the more composed and real leader. Gramps number tanked from there on out...it was all his own doing...one stunt too many.

12. Actually, I think they blame McCain for Palin's loss.
The right wing never liked McCain to begin with. She was the only reason he didn't lose all conservative support. Many Repugs simply held their nose and voted for McCain/Palin because she was on the ticket. Otherwise, he might have lost in a landslide.
