Not really unexpected, but is this the best the Iranian security forces can do? The slowdowns have hardly been noticeable for me.

It seemed fine earlier this morning, but in the last 20 minutes I've been completely unable to load the page.

Sullivan's been my point of call for news from Iran, and the quality of coverage of events as they've transpired is a prime example of why he's one of my favorite bloggers.
