The FCC (the taxpayers) is sending a technician to my house
to see why my analog-to-digital box has to be re-scanned in order to work at all, every time I turn the tv on. Meanwhile I'm watching, and enjoying, Russian TV and BBC audio, among others on Livestation. I may never go back to PBS!

3. Wouldn't it have been cheaper for the FCC to just make the maker of the box send you a replacement?
It could simply be defective.
