2. Oops (Leahy) - Fixed. As I understand, Franken won't be able to actively participate until
the "mark-ups" are completed. That's what Harry Reid said.

3. Thanks. I'm still confused about Al, though
and just for the record, Pat Leahy is the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and the person who control the Hearing process.

4. You're right, Cali. This only applies to the HELP committee. Thanks again, I fixed it.

6. What're the odds that Ricci slips and says something racialist?
I'm guessing very low, as I'm not sure he's a racialist (just wanted a promotion/money), and he's gonna be coached to death by GOP to avoid anything like that.

Of course, the GOP are the geniuses who brought us such winners as Sarah the Ex-Governor and Joe the Plumber. Maybe Frank the Fireman will be the next "great icon to save the Republican Party" / children's book character.

Nothing would make me happier than to see another one of these "regular folks" blow up in their face.

7. All the coaching in the world won't protect him from Whitehouse.
