Am I the only one who is sick of GOP hypocrisy
The GOP members of congress keep on harping about Mr. Obama's ambitious policies, stimulus packages(necessary only after 8 years of Bush's planned economic failures) health care reform etc. What strikes me is the Rethugs members of congress and senate are not only government employees, but they have the best health care available for themselves and their families, yet they don't think these perks should be available to their bosses, us. I think these morons cannot deal with the fact that we have a president that sees what is wrong and is trying his best to fix things. What did Bush fix? I hope Holder prosecutes the fuck out of these bastards. I am sorry if my rant is incoherent, I have become so frustrated that these assholes are talking about fiscal responsibility, I think you get the point. I am sure I have only scratched the surface of the nefarious bastards. Feel free to add to the hypocrisy that is the GOP.

5. Me too
As the only liberal member of a conservative household it has been difficult for me. I grew up during Reagan's destruction of America eand it still sickens me. Reagan was the start of this downward spiral. I don't believe in heaven or hell, but hopefully Karma will take care of things.

11. Same here, grew up during Reagan's sellout of America.
Bush boys S&L crime, then Poppy's War, then the witch hunt years of Clinton, then the spawn himself - Dick Cheney.

I think we should just call Dick Cheney POTUS 2000-2008 and put George Bush* 2000-2008*.

15. Agreed
I'd like to see that asshole in jail. I hope Halder has the intestinal fortitude to prosecute the Bush crime family.

7. They see it
They know their racist, homophobic, anti Semitic bullshit sells to their knuckle dragging 21%. Their days are numbered, my generation and those that follow will continue to be more liberal which is as good as it gets.

9. I agree
Their are many who call themselves Dems but the record proves otherwise. I just hope Ted Kennedy lives long enough to see his dream come true i.e. health care for all.

8. You are definitely not alone. What amazes me is that they don't recognize it.
That ranges anywhere from them complaining about Obama spending money when they spent so much, they nearly ruined the economy...still might have.

They are so concerned about abortion, but have no qualms about sending our young people to die or be maimed in a war that shouldn't have been.

Declare they are for family values, but can't keep their pants zipped.

And the beat goes on...

12. their malign, narcissistic hypocrisy is the reason they are so effective at what they do:
it's what allows them to charge ahead, heedlessly disregarding the cognitive dissonance that would force non-dysfunctional psyches to stop and consider the impossibility of the convergence of rational world views

in other words, they're fucking insane, psychotic.....convinced of their inherent infallibility, they ignore anything that conflicts with this malignantly non-adaptive existence.

unfortunately, it also works in the real world, where this type of behavior is more likely to be rewarded

how many high level repugs/industry leaders aren't just grown up two year olds, able to force their megalomaniacal world view on the rest of us, bolstered by the certainty of their infallibility?

14. One more thing I need to get off my chest
These hypocrites have a problem with Sotomayer's ruling in the Newport case. Why someone bring up the fact that the rich and well connected have benefited from their connections i.e. Bush. If a minority benefits then it is reverse discrimination. I don't think the GOP knows the meaning of the word hypocrisy.

18. They are all walking and talking examples
They are all walking and talking examples of Matthew chapter 7. They all walk around pointing out the specks in the eyes of others, but fail to notice the fucking 2x4 in their own eyes.
