Now if he'd said more than one serving of protein in a meal, I might have bought it. I'm on Nutrisystem myself, and you don't count calories like he said, you eat the entree and the servings of other foods they recommend. It adds up to around 1400 calories a day, and the way the meals are put together, hunger is managed pretty effectively. So that part of the diet I buy.

But it sounds like some weird knockoff of the South Beach/Atkins low carb diet supported by a bunch of woo.
