XM Listeners:
Does anybody else listen to Randi on XM-165 (Talk Radio) and is as fed up as I am with IRN USA Radio News?

Really slanted, constantly digging at Democrats and doing things like using poll numbers without mentioning who did the poll.

I just wrote a complaint to XM through their website, but if past results are any indication, it probably won't do any good.

1. I listen to XM, but not for news. With the single exception of NPR news on the hour.

3. When I'm not out on a job I have it on here in my little office and usually don't
switch between stations every half hour when the news comes on (actually it's easier in the car). I can't understand why they can't find a more unbiased news outlet for 165 which is supposed to be just Talk Radio. It's not America Right, although there are a lot of RW shows on it. They don't run IRN on channel 167 America Left, although AP Radio News is no great news service and there is less news and more promos/commercials.

I usually only listen to 165 for Randi and once in awhile Coast To Coast, and I frequently change during the half hour breaks, but it still is very annoying.

4. I listten to 167, left talk on XM; I get Ed Schultz and Tom Hartmann;
and Stephenie Miller in the morning; I didn't know that Randi is on 165! I'll have to start listening there.

5. Well, it's not like "AP radio news" is any better.
Which is what most of the allegedly "liberal" talk radio networks use.

6. As I mentioned in #3 above, AP is bad enough.
But I had no idea how awful this IRN outfit was.

I had a look see at their website, the news part has such "news" tidbits as:

The Terrible Truth About Walter Cronkite
The terrible truth is that Walter Cronkite symbolized liberal media bias and used that bias with disastrous consequences for our nation and the world.

They fear the measure, combined with existing law, could expose to prosecution Christians and others who proclaim the Bible's teaching that homosexual behavior and other sexual relations outside marriage are sinful.

7. OK, you got me. That's worse.
Actually, I can't believe that level of extremism would be openly broadcast by a nationally syndicated "news" service. They even have one link over there to an "88" something or other. I didn't click on it, but "88" is shorthand for "Heil Hitler" in the white supremacist movement, so it's probably just as well that I didn't go there!
