Also, these numbers have been know to be off due to the WHO's rating system, For instance, the GDP numbers are much higher for the US and Canada's overall rating is higher for satisfactory care. The Fraser Institute in Canada (A RW "think" tank") was responsible for some inaccurate data in regards to administration costs. S.L.
