1. What will be interesting is
how far Faux will go before they back down. The lies are getting more blatant. No, Obama hasn't decided to force the elderly to suicide themselves to take care of our health care crisis, but this is exactly what they would have the gullible public believe.

Without regulation- or seemingly the incentive for it- Americans can and will be lied to with impunity.

8. Which means regulation has to be a priority
In a business deal, if a party is lied to about a product, they can sue to get the contract voided. In a trial, if a witness lies under oath, they can be prosecuted for perjury. Faux is getting close to urging a violent overthrow of the government, which is illegal. Will they go that far? Or will they stop just short of it, then back off saying they had nothing to do with it when some lunatic commits a violent act?
