Anyone have dirt on this guy? Some fundi on my local papers message board is raving about this guy.

The fact that he is a repulican does not suit my palette at all.

10. I do too, actually. Mainly because I agree with him on many of his policies.

However, it's important to note that I don't agree with him on anywhere close to all of his policies.

7. The guy is interesting
Votes against almost EVERYTHING because he's essentially a libertarian who caucuses with the Repukes.

He's no wingnut, religious zealot or neo-con. He's really a personality too. Not a complete dumbass.

8. I saw him on Real Time with Bill Maher a few weeks back. He is
a true nut job. He was wa-a-a-a-a-a-ay out there on many issues. Maher set up the questions and Paul ranted. Wish I could remember his exact answers but they were crazy ramblings. He did not come off as a libertarian - just insane - many rethugs will love him.

9. .
He's a big gold gold bug, hates the Federal Reserve, and believes the income tax is unconstitutional. He is very anti-war and anti military industrial complex. His downside is he is backwards on social issues.

11.  While I vote democratic that doesn't stop me from gaining information
from other sources as well, my brother up until a few years ago wouldn't read anything with out the imprimatur stamp on it. :eyes:
