1. Well, that's not legitimate
See, it would have had to fail 15-8 (65%) to achieve legitimacy in the eyes of Ben Nelson. So I'm sure we'll hear from him soon about how the public option is still alive in that committee. After all, Nelson wouldn't want to be a big fat hypocrite, would he?

7. Do you think Schumer will?
I have a sneaking suspicion Blanche Lincoln might vote "no" on the whole thing, but I'd like to see a couple others lined up to vote "no" to make sure.
