1. Depends on what computer/operating system you have.

PC should have a screen capture 'Print Screen' button. Mac use: control + shift + 4.

2. If you have a Windows OP,
touch the Print Screen key on the right side of your keyboard.

3. If you use Firefox, get the FireShot addon.

It is one click and you get all of the web page as an image file. That includes any area of the page you can't see because you need to scroll the page.

7. Thanks for the recommendation
I checked the Recommended Add-ons in the menu, and FireShot was among them. I'm adding it now.

4. To clarify what BelleCarolinaPeridot said, hitting "prt scrn" key saves the screen to the CLIPBOARD.

It will seem like nothing happened, but the screen image is saved in the clipboard memory.

Then you can go to a program like MS Paint or any other image editing software and "paste" the clipboard contents and edit as you like and save to a file.

That is, for Windows operating systems (2000, NT, XP, Vista, etc., I assume it works similarly for Windows 7).

5. There's a key in the upper-right of your keyboard reading "Print Screen", or similar...
Edited on Fri Oct-09-09 07:14 PM by BlooInBloo
Hit that button. Then open Paint or some image editing program, and hit ctrl-V (paste).

Then save the file, and upload it to flickr, imageshack, or any of a dozen other picture hosting sites.

6. on my pc & keyboard, I just hit Print Screen (above the numbers on right)
and paste to an open doc or other blank page. Save as jpg, upload to a photo hosting sight if you want to post. Like these two, showing RNC & DNC sites for the same day rigth after Katrina hit and NOLA was flooded:

Don't tell me both parties are the same
