If, after all, Limbaugh is not eligible to become part owner of a team due to polarizing and divisive comments, Soros' comparison of the Bush administration to the Nazi regime arguably merits that same outcome.

Arguably is right. Arguably as in George Soros ain't no racist and he's got way more money and a far better reputation than that blubbering bag of crap, Limbaugh.

11. I tried to attack him for it but I realized that objectively

there are some who consider what Soros says hate speech. If public "hate speech" is enough to disqualify a person from owning a franchise, then some will perceive Soros as being ineligible. I don't like it, but I have to concede the legitimacy of the argument.

So it doesn't seem like Florio is calling for anything except for a consideration of what a double standard means in terms of the public football fan's perception of the NFLs ownership. If they are stearing clear of contentious figures, then MAYBE Soros is contentious.
