If Orly files in the same district, she may face the same Judge as rulings in prior matters are not prejudicial and thus the judge cannot be easily asked to recuse himself. If Orly believes that the sanctions are outrageous, she should try to file another frivolous case in this Georgia District.

Seems Orly has already convicted President Obama based on what the Judge found to be frivolous claims. In fact, encouraging other military personnel to disobey orders will cause more of our soldiers to find out that abstention will cause them to face a military court where such issues of Constitutionality of the President cannot be raised in defense of ignoring or disobeying orders which are hardly self evident to be illegal.

Orly still seems to be confused about standing. Sure, any citizen can be a plaintiff, but so far none have found to have standing. Seems Orly is doing what Judge Carter already feared, shopping for a ‘friendly judge’. Orly may realize that the CA Bar Association is taking notice of her actions and knows she is running out of time.

And slowly the walls come tumbling down… And Orly is of course kicking and screaming that all these Judges who uphold the Constitution must somehow have been bought… It may not even occur to her, that the problem lies with herself, and her vacuous claims and arguments. Anyone who refuses to help her becomes someone who has ’sold out’.
