Republican propaganda in its essence...?
I just saw a commercial on TV against soda pop and food taxes. A young mother, probably a single mother, with her young son, are shopping for pop and junk food. Then she says something like, "we can't afford any more taxes". Yep! Those high taxes are going to hurt that single mother.

It doesn't matter if you are for or against the taxes on soda pop. The relevance of the ad wants us to believe that the Republican Party is for the poor folks. They are very good with their marketing. Perhaps it is because their product sucks?

1. Why
is she buying soda if she can't afford other things. If I was pinching pennies I wouldn't be buying soda. And didn't they launch a campaign to stop junk foods, because it made their kids fat...so I guess you are wrong if you do and wrong if you don't....geeze
