The weather was horrid. Freezing rain and a bit of snow in the mix. But many brave souls stood in the cold at one of the busiest intersection in KC during rush hour to promote health care for all.

School is already canceled for tomorrow. 14 + inches of snow predicted.

We are doing our snow gods chants but only have a drizzle so far. And it is going to be the coldest day of the year tomorrow. I'd much rather stay home than go out. You lucky duck. :)

5. Well, I'm Sure This Won't Help:

But there'll be a fire in the fireplace, and hot spiced cocoa with whipped cream, and a good movie on, and I'll post pics here of course. After that, I'll bring home made chicken dumpling soup to my dad and husband's aunt. They're elderly, and when there's no school, there are no meals at the meal site in town. It'll be my good deed. I'll bring some to my mom and her husband too. Mr. Dinger is laid off this week, so, oh-oh, I better stop there.
