KPFK: Uprising & KPFA: Guns and Butter ((audio))

Two of my favorite radio shows is Uprising from KPFK Los Angeles, CA --and-- Guns and Butter from KPFA Berkeley, CA. They as well as Democracy now are my favorite radio shows. I gotta give them a thumbs up. :thumbsup:

1. I started listening to KPFK when it first started, in 1959.

I was a freshman in high school, and was blown away. I lived in Ventura County, and it was the fifth button on the car radio, the one nobody but me ever pushed.

I listened to it practically nonstop for four years. Great station then...sounds like a great station now.

should contribute to KPFA now. They're feeling the pinch of the financial downturn. Please give if you can.

BTW, Letters to Washington is also a great show.
