2. That is my bank and I do like the personalized card feature,

though I'm not computer savvy enough to do something that hilarious. Don't you love the way each time they replace our cards, it's with Gold or Platinum? Same shitty service and fees, but my, don't we feel special with our "platinum" cards.

I do like their online banking system. It's one of the reasons I haven't gone to a credit union.
