1. As horible as that is... (And I certainly don't think he should have shot...

to kill) for the life of me I can't understand why the illegal would wind up to throw a rock when the guard had a rifle in his hands.. Since there was no voice on the video, we have no idea what the agent was saying to the illegal, or the response.

and for that I am extremely upset... The bottom line to all of this shit is "George W Bush" period... By virtue of the violence he has caused in the world as a whole, he is responsible for this death and obviously many others in the world... He thrives on death, just so long as it is not his own..
