Liz Cheney, on "Fox News Sunday," celebrates the "very full life" of a famous war criminal

Liz Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, says her father is doing well after suffering his fifth heart attack.

Dick Cheney, who is 69, had the heart attack last week. He 37 when he suffered his first one.

Liz Cheney was a panelist on this morning’s “Fox News Sunday.”

“He is very good about following his doctor’s orders,” she told Chris Wallace.

Her father’s message to the public? “It’s important, you know, when you feel something that doesn’t feel right, you need to get to the hospital right away,” Liz Cheney said.

She said her father was probably watching “Fox News Sunday” this morning.

“I think there are really two lessons from his experience,” she said. “He’s had coronary artery disease for 32 years and lived a very full life. And you can live a full life — I think his has been extraordinary — with coronary artery disease. But you got to be vigilant and you got to get it checked out and not ignore the signs.”

4. We'll be sure and do that, Liz, as soon as we get the government-funded insurance your father has.
Do these people see the cruel absurdity of their own arguments?

7. Must be nice
"Her father’s message to the public? “It’s important, you know, when you feel something that doesn’t feel right, you need to get to the hospital right away,” Liz Cheney said."

Just remember, Lizard, not everyone has health insurance and the cost of a trip to the ER would deter those without.

8. Sure you can live a "full life." Esp. when you have government health care
whenyou are first diagnosed and then have corporate health care $$$ up the wazoo and then back to government health care. Liz, do you even hear yourself talking? How many people have NOT enjoyed a "full life" or even NO LIFE AT ALL because they just didn't have your daddy's health care, most of which is paid for by people who don't have any at all.

This woman is blind, ignorant and willfully selfish. A totally unprincipled and immoral human being. May she ultimately enjoy her circle in hell...at least she'll know most of the people there...

10. And also you can live a full life without living a good one.
...but we already knew that.

I want Cheney to live to see Colin Powell on TV a whole bunch more times. May Cheney survive many more heart attacks.

12. How nice he can live such a full life when so many young members of the military
were killed during his illegal war.

Liz is an irritating reminder of the rich and elite...their selfish, egotistical demands to be honored as someone important and, even worse, correct in everything they do or say.

What will she do when Daddy is no longer around? What a disgusting person.

14. You mean Cheney was one of the 'elite'?
I thought that was reserved for Dems...more specifically Barack Obama.
Someone ought to let Parah Salin know.

too can live a "full life". Anyone see how Liz has failed to see the irony in her words?

22. There was a Bush-Cheney era article...
...which described a walk through the White House, where the ONLY channel on ANY TV was Fox News.

They still run there for validation.

23. This just stands out in that little clip of the article...
Her father’s message to the public? “It’s important, you know, when you feel something that doesn’t feel right, you need to get to the hospital right away,” Liz Cheney said.

Really? That's great if you can pay the health insurance costs to be able to do that...but of course our health care system is the best in the world so there is no need to worry about any American not being able to do that... :sarcasm:
