palm beach is a creepy place anyway. it's so
beautiful, but has more than its share of stuffy
self important jerks. the dichotomy is startling -
awesome beauty and pure venality.

i don't know how much longer there will be houses
on that beach. i walk on the beach further up
from rush's place (ugh) and it's pretty narrow.
hope his flood insurance is paid up. guess by then
he'll be in costa rica, where the living is free
and the young boys are easy...
