Is a state attorney general supposed to be stumping against Obama's health care reform???

Ken Cucinelli's (Virginia's AG) facebook page is urging people to contact their reps to fight health care reform.

Isn't that contrary to what an AG is supposed to do - take a neutral stance?

Anyone have any info that could be deployed against this A-hole?
