Tea partiers condemn harassment...
It's not from the Onion...

Tea party organizers across the country are condemning the harassment and threats of violence against House Democrats who voted in favor of the health care overhaul that passed the House Sunday.

Though individual tea partiers – and many Republicans — have distanced themselves from the threats and deemed them unaffiliated with the movement, the condemnations mark a more forceful response and indicate a keen awareness of the damage that being linked to them could do to the tea party brand. There hasn't been any hard evidence that the reported harassment is linked to the tea party movement, but Democrats have tried to draw the link between the harassment and the sometimes-inflammatory rhetoric that tea partiers and Republicans deployed in opposing the health care overhaul.

The organizers of some major Florida tea party groups, for instance, on Thursday morning released an open letter to Congress and President Barack Obama declaring they “stand in stark opposition to any person using derogatory characterizations, threats of violence, or disparaging terms toward members of Congress or the President.”

And when they've sucked you dry and your nothing but a cooling corpse, they're off to the next victim. Such is the way of parasites.

5. In one breath they condemn the violence, in the next they complain about a "double standard".

Sorry but you lose some credibility when you parse things like that.

6. Too little too late comes to mind. Much of this originated at tea party rallies.
Do they call out Sarah Palin for her website? Do they call out the Republican members who incited the crowd from the balcony and made excuses for the racial epithets?

7. Hey, they just stood in a crowd with people holding Hitler signs.
That doesn't mean they choose to associate with people who think Obama is Hitler. It just means they want to stand near them.

14. Too little too late
They are now tagged by the media as a group that becomes violent and destructive when they don't get their way. Why? Because they do. If we think their hysteria is bad on health care, I can't imagine what will happen with immigration reform.

Sorry teabaggers, but you didn't plan well before the protest, you didn't control your protest, you didn't keep your a-holes in check when they published the address (and your aholes couldn't even get it right), and the "star" of your "movement" uses crosshairs to "target" Democratic representatives. Now you wait too long to condemn everything you did wrong? Too late.

calling HCR "Kenyacare" and other choice little bits of hate like implied violence and xenophobia.

We don't actually mean for anyone to act in a racist or violent manner.

How genuine.
