7. Yep, except he's doing the same half-assed thing that McCain and Marco Rubio are doing...

they are all saying they "have concerns" and that they haven't read it.

I read it and its bad, especially the part that allows people to be held in jail until they can prove their innocence, the part that says the people of Arizona can sue the police if they believe they aren't doing enough to enforce this new law (meaning police will be extra motivated to look busy rather than risk being sued) and the part that says anyone under suspicion must be stopped. Anyone.

Anyway, I think Tancredo, McCain, Rubio and any other Repub who starts this half-assed backpedaling is trying to weigh the consequences.
Let's see how it plays out after a few days of Rush bashing them,
