WOW! ONLY $350 for the signed, "limited edition" of Bush's "Decision Points?" USA! USA! USA! USA!
Former President George W. Bush is set to release a memoir, entitled “Decision Points,” which will chronicle Bush’s rise to power following years as a troubled alcoholic with little direction. The book is an extremely candid look at Bush’s eight years in office and will include accounts of critical moments within the Bush administration. The memoir will be released in November.

Published by Random Houses’s Crown Publishers division, “Decision Points” is the latest offering from the Bush administration. Former Vice President Dick Cheney published a searing account of his years in the Bush administration in 2009, soon after leaving office. Cheney, in contrast to Bush, has been extremely vocal about his dislike of the new administration’s direction and policies.

Bush, on the other hand, has remained low-key in his retirement. The two-term Former President has been busy in Haiti, working with Former President Clinton, he has also purchased a new home in Dallas and is working on several new building projects along with penning his new memoir.

“Decision Points” will focus on 14 critical moments during his administration, including his controversial election in 2000; the moments following 9/11 and what occurred in the Situation Room before launching the war in Iraq. The book will also provide an insight on his drinking and faith.

The memoir will be available November 9, for $35. There will also be a signed, cloth-bound limited edition, which will be priced at $350. Only 350 copies of the limited edition version of “Decision Points” will be available.

1. I'd like to read the book, but I won't pay any money for it.
I'll just have to pick it up at my government funded, socialist library.

3. I'll pass.
No doubt written by someone else, since Bush doesn't possess the skill set to do such a thing. (Shades of Sarah Palin!)

It will be full of lies and whoever wrote it will puff Bush up so big that when Bush has the book read to him he'll think he's a hero.

He and Laura can share passages from their books with each other. I'll pass, the Bush Crime Family has harmed America over the years more than any terrorist organization. :puke:

8. In a few years, the signed ones will be worthless. Only the
unsigned ones will bring a decent price, since there will be so few of them.

9. As crazy as it sounds
It might be worth that amount to book collectors.

A signed 1st, in this case "special" (I assume that means large print & pop-up pictures), edition could end up being worth a hell of a lot more than that.

I've had it go through two yard sales with no takers so far.

backmail me if anyone wants it. heh.

Might work good as a parakeet cage liner, doormat, dartboard, voudun, what have you.

PS - The letter is not thanking me, just someone from the Red Cross.

12. Damn, he's going to need to sell more than one a day to pay for his booze!
$350 just won't cover a day's supply for the moron.

13. $350 seems unfair to Bush, so I'll cut him a deal. If he gives me $250, I'll read his scribblings.
